President Hillary Clinton immediately following her innauguration, announced plans for a national energy policy focused on nuclear energy.  She commented, "We've finally identified a national repository for our nuclear waste.  It is the state of New Mexico."

New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson was  unavailable for comment.
