Yes! 

Carl Walsworth, publisher of the Mattoon Journal Gazette and Charleston Times Courier, called me this afternoon.   The Democratic National Committee told him, today, that the credentials for my entry to the Democrat Convention have been approved!  The credential themselves will arrive next week.

Thank you to Carl for his incredible support of this idea.  Without him, the Republican Reporter would have died on the proverbial "vine".
