Ready for tonight
I'm sorry for the light blogging today. We were on a research mission to Boulder, Colorado.
Boulder is a beautiful city and one that embraces a green lifestyle.
But Boulder, faces some challenges. The tax burden has inflated the cost of living so that the middle class is leaving in droves. They simply can't afford to live there anymore.
But the liberals are driving the Boulder agenda. This was most evident when the University of Colorado decided to hire a new chancellor. The University selected a candidate who possessed a deep background with the University. And, in fact, the candidate had successfully raised innumerable dollars for the University, as a private citizen.
But the University's selection was met with outrage by the faculty and the community. The candidates offense?
You guessed it.......he was a Republican! In Boulder, it seems Liberalism welcomes all forms of diversity, unless it conflicts with their "group think".
As one Denver resident stated, "Boulder is a city of 10 square miles surrounded by reality."
We're on to the convention. As you've probably seen on the news, the Clinton rift grows only wider.
It will make for great drama in the convention hall.
