OPEC cuts production and oil drops below $40 a barrel. They need higher prices, which includes Russia, and Venezuela. What's another strategy that has worked in the past? Mideast violence. Now all of a sudden Hezbollah decides to attack Israel again? And today oil jumps above $40 dollars a barrel. Coincidence? I think not.
