Do you remember this woman?



Peggy Johnson was in attendance at the DNC Convention in August of 2008, when she proclaimed her devotion to Barack Obama because, "I won't have to worry about putting gas in my car.  I won't have to worry about paying my mortgage."  (click the photo for the video.)

While many derided her for making such foolish statements, I think it's important to realize that, today 
        1. Mortgage rates are now below 5%, a level not seen in more than 50 years.
        2. Gasoline Prices are now 50% lower than the prices this summer.

Peggy was right!!!  Mortgage rates and gas prices are lower, and causing a lot less worry. 

I nominate Peggy as "Prognosticator in Chief.
