What's a RIPR?
    
    A RIPR is one who Rewards Irresponsibility by Punishing Responsibility.  Some examples:

 - Rationing health care for the elderly and working Americans by offering it for free to illegal aliens.
 - Taking GM and Chrysler through bankruptcy so that the SECURED creditors end up with pennies on the dollar, while the UAW receives their full pension and health benefits.
 - Increasing taxes on working Americans to pay for the mortgages of those who chose to "speculate" in real estate.
 - Telling working American's that "you simply aren't paying enough", rather than looking at why government is "too big".
 - "Spreading the wealth around"
