The state of Illinois recently enacted a law that makes it illegal to text (on a cell phone) while driving.
Brian Millville is alerting his readers that one Illinois legislator wants to ban cell phone conversations (while driving), as well.
He points out that at one time, radios were considered too dangerous for cars, too.
